DURHAM, N.C. – No. 21 Duke closes out the regular season on the road with a three-game conference series at NC State. Due to projected inclement weather, Friday's series opener has been moved from 7 p.m. to a 4 p.m. start.

Dani Drogemuller tossed a complete game in the circle and had her no-hit bid broken up in the bottom of the fifth with a pair of Campbell singles. The Frankfort, Ill., native allowed just one run off two hits with a game-high four strikeouts. Junior

Ana Gold tallied her 50th career home run against the Camels with a three-run shot straight out of center field in the top of the third inning.
NC State brings a 24-25 record into the weekend, including a 5-16 mark in ACC play. The Wolfpack is coming off a 4-3 road win over East Carolina Tuesday night. Freshman Kendall Simmers powered the offense in the midweek contest, batting 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs and three RBI. NC State has four players hitting above .300 on the year in Michele Tarpey (.351), Taylor Ensley (.338), Kendall Simmers (.331) and Hannah Church (.324). In the circle, Carly Maxton leads with her 3.30 ERA after 30 appearances.
