Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion

It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the facility.
There are no ATMs located inside Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. However, a Duke Federal Credit Union ATM is available on Tribull Plaza next to the Johnson Family Team Store and Duke Ticket Office. This ATM dispenses cash in $20 increments but does not accept deposits.
Bags of all sizes are permitted inside Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion on meet days. All personal items are subject to inspection by the Meet Manager prior to entry.
Banners and signs are permitted inside Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. However, Duke Athletics reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures venue signage, resembles an advertisement or is deemed obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with lenses longer than four (4) inches are not allowed. Video cameras may be used during pre-meet and intermissions but are strictly prohibited from filming while the meet is underway.

All doors to Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Fans are permitted to leave and re-enter the venue during the meet. Please note the following guidelines for entry:
All personal items, including small bags, purses, and strollers, are subject to inspection and search prior to entering. For safety and security, Duke Athletics reserves the right to deny entry to any item deemed inappropriate.
No concessions are available for purchase on match days at Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. However, fans are permitted to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages into the venue. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles.
Duke Athletics is committed to fostering a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment for all guests. Fans are expected to conduct themselves appropriately before, during, and after the competition. All fans, players, coaches, and officials should be treated with respect and courtesy.

Using Wilson Recreation Center fitness equipment or gathering in its fitness, gym or locker room areas during meet times is prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection.
If you are in need of assistance or information, please ask for the Meet Manager on the observation deck on the west side of the pavilion.
If any article is lost or found at Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion, please inquire about or report the item to Duke Athletics staff. All lost and found items will be brought to the concessions and merchandise sales table in the pool lobby. Items not picked up by the end of the meet will be available for pick-up the following business day by calling (919) 668-5658 or emailing duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed items will be discarded after 30 days.
Only Duke personnel or approved media and photographers will be allowed onto the pool deck. All media and photographers should contact the Duke Communications at least two days prior to the meet to confirm approval.
The Johnson Family Nike Team Store is located in the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center on Tribull Plaza between Cameron Indoor Stadium and Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. For store hours, please visit the Duke Stores website.
Meet parking is available only in the designated university parking lots listed below:
Digital programs are available for all Duke Athletics events at https://goduke.com/publications. Heat sheets are not available.
For the safety and meet day experience of all fans, the following items are prohibited from entering Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion:
Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the pavilion. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. All fans are subject to search before entering the pavilion.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. Unattended items found outside the stadium will be dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for the loss of any unattended items.
All restrooms are located within the Wilson Center adjacent to the weight room. Directional signage will be posted throughout the facility to assist guests.
Duke home swimming & diving meets at Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion are free to the public. No tickets are necessary. Guests will be wrist-banded upon entry through the Wilson Recreation Center doors.
General admission seating is available in the bleachers above the pool and diving well on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating areas can be accessed through Wilson Recreation Center. Seating for persons with disabilities is available on the observation deck.

Umbrellas are permitted inside the Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion. For the courtesy and safety of all guests, we ask that umbrellas not be opened anywhere inside the pavilion.
Guests attending Duke swimming & diving meets are not permitted to use Wilson Recreation Center fitness equipment or gather in its fitness, gym or locker room areas. Guests violating Wilson Recreation Center policies are subject to ejection from the meet.
