The Benguinet Classic is free and open to the public. No ticket is required for entry.
Animal policies at Wilson Recreation Center Gymnasium follow Duke University regulations and ADA guidelines.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside Wilson Recreation Center Gymnasium. Violations may result in removal from the facility.
An ATM is located outside the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center next to the Ticket Office windows. The ATM dispenses $20 bills and does not accept deposits.
Bags are permitted inside Wilson Recreation Center Gymnasium and are subject to inspection upon entry. Unattended items may be removed or disposed of. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Banners and signs are permitted provided they do not obstruct views, interfere with signage, display advertisements or political messages, or contain inappropriate language or imagery. Duke Athletics reserves the right to remove noncompliant items.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with lenses longer than four inches and all video recording of competition are prohibited.
Concessions are not available inside the gymnasium. Outside food is not permitted. Beverages are allowed in sealable containers with secure lids.
Red Mango is located within Wilson Recreation Center. Guests must exit the gymnasium and sign in at the front desk before accessing the café. Standard re-entry procedures apply.
Parking availability may be impacted by other campus events. Updates will be shared via Parking & Traffic Alerts.
In an emergency, contact the nearest Duke Athletics staff member or call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444. Dial 911 for urgent emergencies. Blue light phones are located near parking areas.
Spectators should enter through the doors facing Krzyzewskiville near the Sheffield Tennis Center. Doors open 30 minutes prior to competition. Re-entry is permitted, and bags are subject to inspection each time.
Duke Athletic Medicine staff are on site throughout the event. AEDs are located inside Wilson Recreation Center with posted signage.
Duke Athletics expects all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Duke Athletics staff are available to assist guests. Event issues may also be reported via @Duke_GAMEDAY on X.
Lost items should be reported to event staff. Items may be claimed beginning the following Monday by contacting Duke Game Operations at (919) 668-5658 or duaa-gamedayops@duke.edu.
Merchandise is not sold inside the venue. Duke merchandise is available at the Johnson Family Team Store, the University Store at the Bryan Center, or online at shopdukeblue.com.
Artificial noisemakers are prohibited. Items that disrupt competition may be removed.

Accessible restrooms are located near the entrance of Wilson Recreation Center Gymnasium with signage posted.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis in bleachers surrounding the competition area. Accessible seating is available at the end of each bleacher.
Duke University is a tobacco-free campus. All tobacco and vaping products are prohibited.
Umbrellas are permitted but must be stored safely and may not block aisles or walkways.
Free Wi-Fi is available on campus through the “GoDuke” network. Speeds may vary during events.
Only the gymnasium area is open to fencing spectators during competitions. Access to other areas of Wilson Recreation Center is limited to members with valid DukeCard access. Visitors may sign in at the front desk to access Red Mango.
