DURHAM, N.C. – After finishing the regular season with a 16-8 ACC ledger, No. 22 Duke softball earned the No. 4 seed in the ACC Championship, the league announced Saturday night.
The 2025 ACC Softball Championship will be held at the Harrington Athletics Village in Brighton, Mass., beginning Wednesday at 11 a.m. Boston College is set to host the championship for the first time in ACC history.
As the No. 4 seed, the Blue Devils received a first-round bye and will play the winner of No. 5 seed Stanford and No. 12 seed Pitt on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the quarterfinals.
ACC Network and ESPN will provide live coverage of the ACC Softball Championship. The first three rounds will be broadcast on ACC Network, with additional studio coverage between games, while ESPN will carry the championship game.
Ticket books for the full tournament are available for $45, which covers tickets to all 11 tournament games, including the championship game on Saturday. Single-session tickets will also be available for purchase with prices ranging from $12-20.
Five other ACC teams join the Blue Devils in the most recent top 25 NFCA/GoRout poll in No. 7 Florida State, No. 13 Virginia Tech, No. 15 Clemson, No. 16 Stanford and No. 25 Virginia.
