CLEVELAND, OHIO — The 2025-26 season came to a close Friday for Duke redshirt junior
Connor Barket as he dropped a NCAA Wrestling Championship consolation second round match at Rocket Arena in Cleveland.

Barket faced 10th-ranked David Szuba of Arizona State and fell by a 19-4 tech fall.Â

A native of West Lafayette, Indiana, Barket concluded his season with a 22-9 overall record and now owns a 62-39 ledger over his Duke career. He appeared in the NCAA Championship for the second year in a row and totaled his first NCAA Championship victory a day ago against 25th-ranked Alex Semenenko of Brown, 9-1.Â
