This information applies if Duke is selected to host the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship First and Second Rounds at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Details below are subject to NCAA and Duke Athletics policies for championship events.
Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Prior to game day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-1267 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions, or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.
Parking for Guests with Disabilities – is available in the Whitford Drive Lot. The lot opens two (2) hours prior to tip-off on game day. Whitford Lot can be accessed by using the address 110 Whitford Dr. An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for guests with disabilities is also available at this location. Shuttle carts will be available to transport guests to and from Cameron Indoor Stadium. Please note that ADA parking placards or license plates are required for ADA parking. One car only per placard.
Accessible Lift-Equipped Van – An accessible lift-equipped van will be available as needed for guests needing wheelchair lift assistance. Please notify a parking lot attendant upon arrival to request van service.
Entry and Stadium Screening Accommodation – everyone is subject to screening and search before entering Cameron Indoor Stadium. Guests with disabilities who are willing to utilize walk-through metal detectors are encouraged to do so; however, these lanes are not accessible for wheelchairs and other assistive devices. The designated Medical/Family Lanes at each entrance are accessible for all guests with disabilities. Guests with medical devices should consult their doctor or device manufacturer if unsure of their ability to use a walkthrough metal detector. Guests should notify Event Staff that they have a medical device and will be assisted through the screening process. Accessible Seating Will Call Entrance – is located at the far-right door of the Rubenstein Pavilion Entrance.
Accessible Entrance – All general public entrances to Cameron Indoor Stadium at Rubenstein Pavilion and South Hall of Honor are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Seating for Guests with Disabilities – All special accommodation for accessible seating must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office at 919-681-2583. Special accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis prior to game day. No special accommodation or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day. Pre-registration will end at 4:30 PM on the business day prior to game day. Please note that for Sunday games, pre-registration will end at 4:30 PM on Friday prior to game day.
Wheelchairs and Other Assistive Devices- Wheelchairs are permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Wheelchair access is located at the South Entrance of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium side) at the door located at the top of the accessible ramp. Guests in wheelchairs will have accessible seating in Section 20 Row CC. Other assistive devices (including walkers) may be stored under the bleachers on the lower level and just outside the section vomitory on the upper-level concourse. These devices may not impede aisles, walkways, or section entrances. Please see the section usher for assistance with any devices.
Assistive Listening Devices – Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact stadium staff and ask them to contact Game Operations with their seat location. Once the request is received, Game Operations will deliver the device to the guest at their seat.
Accessible Concessions Window – is located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18. When looking at the concessions stand, the accessible window is located at the door on the far right of the stand.
Accessible Restrooms for Guests with Disabilities – All men’s and women’s restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. Men’s Restrooms are located behind Section 1 and 9 on the upper level, on the lower level in the North Lobby behind section 18 and room 108 in the South Lobby. Women’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 4, 6, and 12 on the upper level, the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20 on the lower level and in the South Lobby Room 107.
Gender Neutral Accessible Family Restrooms – There are two gender neutral accessible family restrooms (Room 103T and Room 104T) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off of the south lobby. The restroom is accessible for guests with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.
Lactation Room – There is a lactation room (Room 102) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off of the south lobby.
Sensory Accommodations – Sensory bags are available at the Duke University Ticket Booth in Rubenstein Pavilion or quiet area in specified location.
Emergency or Severe Weather Evacuation Procedures – If an emergency or severe weather evacuation were activated, stadium event staff and ushers will be available to assist guests with disabilities who request assistance in exiting the stadium or seeking safe shelter.
ADA Ticket Fraud – Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Duke Athletics reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets, or ejection.
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
Cameron Indoor Stadium adheres to specific guidelines regarding animals during games:
Service Animals: Duke Athletics welcomes trained Service Animals. Service Animals must be under the control of their handler at all times and remain leashed or tethered unless doing so interferes with their trained task. Service Animals must not display aggression or disrupt the event. All Service Animals must have current rabies vaccination tags or provide proof of vaccination upon request. Violations may result in exclusion from the venue.
Service Animals in Training: In North Carolina, Service Animals in Training have the same access rights as fully trained Service Animals. The trainer is responsible for any damage caused. The animal must be housebroken, under control at all times and follow behavior guidelines established for trained Service Animals. Violations may result in exclusion from the venue.
Emotional Support, Therapy & Companion Animals: Emotional support animals, therapy dogs and companion animals are not classified as Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Personal Pets: Personal pets are not permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than four inches are not allowed. Video cameras may be used during pre-game and halftime only but are prohibited from filming the game.
All game video footage rights are property of the NCAA. Video cameras and live streaming of game action are not permitted during the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship.
A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products are available from the concession stands located throughout Cameron Indoor Stadium, operated by Proof of the Pudding. Concession stands are located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor and along the stadium concourse. An accessible concessions window is located at the stand in the North Lobby.
To streamline transactions and ensure speedy service, all our concessions stands operate as cashless venues. We accept credit/debit cards and mobile pay apps for all purchases.
For your safety at Cameron Indoor Stadium, please follow these guidelines in case of an emergency:

Report any unusual, suspicious or concerning activity to the nearest event staff member. Do not block emergency vehicle access. Fire trucks, ambulances and other emergency vehicles must have a clear path at all times. Any obstructing objects will be removed, and vehicles may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
First Aid & Emergency Medical Assistance – EMS personnel are located on the court level. If you need medical assistance, notify the nearest event staff member immediately.

Doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium open 60 minutes prior to tip-off of the first game of the session. Cameron Indoor Stadium is a clear bag venue, and all guests are subject to security screening before entry.
Entry Screening
Walk-through metal detectors will be the primary means of screening. Medical/family lanes will be available for guests requiring accommodation. Any person who does not consent to screening will be denied entry to the stadium.
Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is not permitted for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship. Guests may not leave and re-enter.
Duke Athletics and the Atlantic Coast Conference expect all guests to conduct themselves appropriately before, during and after competition. We ask all guests to treat fellow fans, student-athletes, coaches and officials with respect.

Guests violating these policies are subject to relocation, ejection and possible arrest.
Items found should be turned into the nearest police officer or event staff. Items turned into police or event staff will be taken to the home player-guest ticket window in Rubenstein Pavilion. Guests trying to locate items on game day should contact the nearest staff member. In general, to inquire about lost items please contact Duke Game Operations at 919-668-5658 or email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Be sure to show your NCAA Pride by purchasing officially-licensed NCAA souvenirs at the Merchandise stand located at Section 13 on the upper concourse. The NCAA Merchandise stand will open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off. The Johnson Family Team Store located inside the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center is also open on game days for all the latest Nike team gear and merchandise. The Johnson Family Team Store is open on all game days until one (1) hour post-game.
Guests wishing to visit the Johnson Family Team Store after entering Cameron Indoor Stadium should go to the Rubenstein Pavilion lobby for assistance and re-entry accommodations.
Please note that all entry policies, including those regarding bags and prohibited items, also apply to purchases made at Duke Stores on game day.
Parking lots open to the general public two hours prior to tip-off of the first game of each session. Parking is free of charge.
General Public Parking: Available in Science Drive Garage, located on NC 751/Cameron Blvd (GPS Address: 3100 Cameron Blvd). Tailgating is not permitted inside the garage.
Accessible Parking: Available in the Whitford Lot (GPS Address: 110 Whitford Drive) with a valid ADA placard or license plate. One car per placard. If full, accessible parking will be directed to Science Drive Visitors Lot. A lift equipped van service will be available to/from Cameron Indoor Stadium starting two hours prior to tip-off of the first game of each session.
Tailgating is permitted in designated green space areas outside of Science Drive Garage. Please follow these guidelines:

NCAA Championship Programs will be available for sale at merchandise stands at Section 13 and Section 5 on the concourse of Cameron Indoor Stadium. NCAA Championship Programs will also be available for sale inside the entrance at South Hall of Honor and Rubenstein.
All restrooms inside Cameron Indoor Stadium are accessible for guests with disabilities. Men’s restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper concourse and off the South Lobby on court level. Women’s restrooms are available behind Sections 4, 5 and 12 on the upper concourse and in the South Lobby on court level. Gender-neutral accessible family restrooms, which include baby-changing stations, are located off the South Lobby on court level.

All tickets will be distributed electronically. Player/Guest ticket windows will be open in Rubenstein Pavilion starting 90 minutes prior to tip.
All Media Will Call will be located at the Credential Entrance located on the side of Rubenstein Pavilion. Credential Entrance will be open three (3) hours prior to tip-off.
