Wrestling Team and Coaching Staff Takes Tour of Europe

DURHAM ? Head coach Clar Anderson and several members of the Duke wrestling team are currently traveling from August 1-18 into Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia in a multi-nation training competition.

Updates on the team's progress and results from the competitions against local teams will be released as they are received from the Blue Devil contingent overseas.

Current and former Duke wrestlers traveling include; Konrad Dudziak, Brandon Ayers, Michael Kecman, Dan Shvartsman, Dan Fox, Chris Mandracchia, Dan Tulley, Andrew Herbert, Scott Doerr, Frank Cornelly, and Wes Kuser

They will be wrestling as a team against five or six different local wrestling clubs as they from city to city and country to country. They will also be seeing the sights and spending time with the local communities.

Those also on the trip include coach Anderson and his family, assistant coaches Corey Bell and Cam Lawler, Andrew Vogel and his wife; and C.C. Fischer.
