Duke played its first game in eight days as the Blue Devils last played on Dec. 21 against 22nd-ranked Pittsburgh in Cancun, Mexico.
The Blue Devils registered 48 points in the first half and shot 59.4 percent from the field, which were both season highs.
Duke won its 60th straight game against an unranked opponent and 31st straight game against non-conference foes.
The Blue Devils held Dartmouth to 29.2 percent shooting marking the ninth time this season out of 13 games Duke has held its opponent to under 30.0 percent shooting.
Senior Lindsey Harding became the 20th player in Duke history to reach the 1,000 point mark with her 10 points in the first half. She now owns 1,002 points for her career. Harding has now registered double-figure scoring eight times this season and six out of the last seven games.
Senior Alison Bales moved into 16th place on the NCAA all-time blocks list with her four swats on the night. She now owns 345 for her career.
With her three assists on the night, Lindsey Harding became the third Blue Devil and 24th player in ACC history to reach the 500-assist mark. She now owns 501 for her career. Harding became the second Duke player to notch 1,000 points and 500 assists in a career (other was Alana Beard).
Emily Waner hit a three-pointer for the eighth straight game as she hit 2-of-4 from downtown. She finished the game with a career-best 12 points on the night. With Waner scoring double-figures, all 10 players who have played this season have scored double-figures in at least one game.
Freshman Bridgette Mitchell posted 10 points on 4-of-6 field goals in 20 minutes. It marked the first time since Nov. 19 that she notched double-figure points and the third overall time this season.
Duke's 51.8 field goal percentage broke a five-game stretch of shooting under 50.0 percent from the field. It marked the fourth time this year Duke has shot over 50.0 percent.
Sophomore Abby Waner broke the double-figure mark in scoring for the 12th time this season out of 13 games as she scored 14 points in the first half. She went on to finish with 18 for the contest, which was the second-most she has scored this season.
After getting outrebounded in the last contest (38-36 to Pittsburgh), Duke outrebounded Dartmouth, 41-26.
All nine players who played for Duke scored in the game.
Freshman Joy Cheek missed the game due to an illness on Friday. Sophomore Carrem Gay and Head Coach Gail Goestenkors each missed shoot around earlier in the day but were able to make it to the game. The contest was the first Cheek has missed this season.
After breaking a seven-game streak of scoring double-figures, senior Alison Bales posted 12 points to go along with nine rebounds and four blocks in 24 minutes.
Duke will next take on Boston University on Saturday, Dec. 30 at 7:00 PM in the championship game of the Blue Sky Classic.
