With The Duke Loss:
- Moved to 7-2 on the season.
- Broke a six-game winning streak.
- Moved the series record to 2-2 against Stanford.
- Coach P dropped her first career game against Stanford moving her record to 3-1.
- Has now lost two straight true road contests (Texas A&M).
- Is now 1-2 on the road this season.
- Coach P dropped her first contest against a Pac 10 school, while the head coach at Duke (4-1).
- Fell to 10-6 all-time against teams from the Pac 10.
- Coach P dropped to 9-3 all-time against teams from the Pac 10.
Junior Jasmine Thomas
- Had 14 points, four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 38 minutes.
- Hit only 4-of-17 field goals.
- Nailed two three-pointers for the third straight game.
Senior Joy Cheek
- Was hindered with foul trouble and fouled out with nine points, four rebounds and one steal in 19 minutes.
Junior Karima Christmas
- Had a season-high 16 points and tied a season high with six rebounds.
- Tied a season high with two three-point field goals.
Freshman Allison Vernerey
- Came off the bench to pull down five rebounds, score four points and notch two steals.
Junior Krystal Thomas
- Pulled down a team-high seven rebounds in 28 minutes.
Other Duke Notes:
- Took on a Pac 10 team for the second straight game.
- Held to a season-low 55 points and 28.4 field goal percentage.
- Called 23 fouls on Duke to Stanford's 11.
- Four different Blue Devils hit at least one three pointer.
- Played for the first time since Dec. 6 against Southern California following an eight-day break for final exams.
- Forced 20 turnovers by Stanford.
- Played its first ever game at Stanford.
- Will next return home to Cameron Indoor Stadium to host 24th-ranked James Madison on Friday, Dec. 18 at 7:00 p.m.
