With the Duke Victory...
- Improves to 10-0 on the season.
- The 10-0 start is the second-best beginning to the season under Coach P and the sixth time in school history Duke has started 10-0.
- Moved to 14-8 all-time against PAC-12 conference schools.
- Improved the overall series record to 6-0 against Southern California.
- Coach P is now 4-0 all-time against USC.
- Moved to 29-2 overall record in the month of December over the last four years.
Sophomore Elizabeth Williams
- Had 13 points, five rebounds, four blocks two assists and one steal.
- Totaled double-figure scoring for the ninth straight game and the 36th time in her career.
- Blocked at least one shot in 43 straight games .
Junior Tricia Liston
- Tallied 14 points on 4-of-6 treys to go along with three assists.
- Hit a three-pointer for the 17th straight game.
- Extended her consecutive free throws streak to 13 in a row as she hit 2-of-2.
Junior Haley Peters
- Had 12 points and two assists in 25 minutes.
- Hit 4-of-7 field goals.
- Posted double-figure scoring for the eighth game this season and the 37th time in her career. Four straight contests with 10+ points.
Junior Chelsea Gray
- Collected her fifth career double-double and second of the season with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
- Had five steals and three assists.
- Notched double-figure scoring for the ninth time this season and the 52nd time in her career.
Freshman Alexis Jones
- Totaled nine points in the first half and went on to finish the game with 11 points.
- Had four assists, three steals and three boards.
- Posted double-figure scoring for the third time this season.
Other Duke Notes...
- All five starters scored double-figures for the first time this season.
- Hit 8-of-12 three-pointers on the night. The eight treys was a season high.
- Scored 21 points off 20 USC turnovers.
- Turned the ball over only 13 times.
- Swiped 14 steals in the game.
- Was outrebounded, 44-36, for the first time this season.
- Will be off for the Christmas break until Sunday, Dec. 30 as the Blue Devils will host Monmouth at 2:00 p.m., in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
