DURHAM, N.C. – After posting an impressive outing to help the No. 11 Duke Blue Devils to a 4-1 win over Clemson, sophomore 
Mackenzie Pluck has been named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Pluck picked up an ACC weekly laurel for the first time in her career, also marking the first conference weekly honor for Duke this season. The Duke forward becomes the second Blue Devil to earn offensive POTW honors outright, joining former teammate 
Taylor Racioppi, who garnered the recognition a season ago on Oct. 16, 2018.
 
The North Wales, Pa., native recorded a stellar performance in the matchup against the ninth-ranked Tigers Sunday afternoon, giving the Blue Devils their first top 10 win of the campaign.
 
Pluck closed out Sunday's contest with a career-high five points, recording two goals and one assist in the contest. The second-year Blue Devil registered her second career multi-goal performance as she netted the brace. On the season, Pluck ranks second on the team in both points and assists with seven goals and five assists, while leading the squad in points with 19.

th-ranked Blue Devils return to action this weekend as the team travels to Louisville for the fifth-straight ranked matchup. Duke faces No. 16 Louisville Friday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m., with the contest airing live on ACC Network Extra.
