DURHAM – Duke wrestling fell to No. 8 NC State on Sunday in its final ACC home dual match of the season, 36-9, in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Jack Wimmer were each recognized prior to the match for their contributions to the Blue Devil program.

Connor Barket earned Duke's two wins on the day at 149-pounds and heavyweight, respectively.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- With Duke trailing 13-0, Papcsy recorded his first ACC win as a Blue Devil over Koy Buesgens at 149-pounds to hand the Blue Devils their first points of the match.
- The Nazareth, Pa., native started off strong with an early takedown and a four-point nearfall to secure the 7-3 win over his ACC foe.
- Barket then wrestled in a tough match with Chase Horne and secured a thrilling come-from-behind pin in the second period.
- The West Lafayette, Ind., product was trailing 3-0 after the first period but midway through the second frame, Barket came away with a takedown and forced a fall over Horne to close the dual match.
NOTEABLES
- Papcsy recorded his fifth win of the season.
- Barket secured his second ACC win, marking his team-leading 15th victory of the year.
