WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W. Va. – The Duke women's basketball team revealed another piece to its 2025-26 non-conference schedule as the Blue Devils will head to the Mountain State to square off against 2025 NCAA Tournament participant West Virginia in a neutral site contest Nov. 14 in Colonial Hall inside the Greenbrier Resort, as announced by Intersport Thursday afternoon.
The matchup – just the second women's game ever to be played at the venue – is part of the second annual Greenbrier Tip-Off, which also includes a men's four-team event Nov. 21-23. Tip off time and TV designations for the Duke-West Virginia contest will be announced at a later date.
"We are thrilled to make the trip to White Sulphur Springs to compete against West Virginia in the Greenbrier Tip-Off," said Duke head coach
Kara Lawson. "Each year we strive to put together a rigorous non-conference schedule to prepare ourselves for ACC play and this match up provides another tremendous opportunity to showcase our team against a quality opponent."
Duke and West Virginia will hit the hardwood for just the third all-time meeting between the programs and the first in nearly three decades. The Blue Devils hold a 2-0 advantage in the series via a pair of double-digit triumphs - 84-64 (Dec. 18, 1995) and 84-70 (Nov. 27, 1996).
Tickets for the game will go on sale Aug. 21 with a 24-hour presale set for Aug. 20. Ticket information and additional event details can be found
