CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Seven members of the Duke cross country team were named to the All-ACC Academic Team, the conference office announced Friday afternoon.

Jette Beermann and sophomores
Anna Callahan and
Grace Geyer comprised the honorees for the Duke women. On the men's side, the Blue Devils were represented by senior
Nick Falk, juniors
Rendon Kuykendall and
Sean Morello and sophomore
Luke Thompson. Falk, Geyer and Thompson earn the distinction for the second time while Beermann, Callahan, Kuykendall and Morello are first-time honorees.

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a minimum 3.0 grade point average for the previous two semesters and a 3.0 cumulative GPA for one's academic career, while being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's athletic contests.
