DURHAM, N.C. – Duke women's lacrosse redshirt junior
Eva Pronti and junior
Ellie White garnered 2026 USA Lacrosse All-America Honorable Mention accolades, as announced by the organization Thursday afternoon.
Pronti, hailing from Rochester, New York, was an instrumental component to the Duke offense this season, totaling 19 goals and a team-best 51 assists to pace the squad with 70 points. Her 51 helpers during the year broke her own Duke single-season mark set in 2025, rank second in the ACC and 12th in the NCAA. The All-ACC First Team selection and Nike Lacrosse Midseason Media Third Team All-American produced 12 multi-assist games on the year, including nine contests with three or more dishes. On the scoring front, Pronti posted six multi-goal outings, headlined by her first career hat trick against Boston College.
For her career, Pronti has dished 109 assists as a Blue Devil – third all-time in program lore – and is just the third Duke player in program history to reach 100 career assists. She sits seven helpers away from No. 2 all-time on the program charts.
The Blue Devils' top draw taker this season, White comfortably paced the ACC in both total draw controls (167) and draws per game (9.82) – the latter also ranking sixth in the NCAA – and owns a plus-23 and plus-1.35 margin in the respective categories. The Lutherville, Maryland, standout notched a career-high 16 draw controls against East Carolina during the season, then matched that total later in the year at Florida State. She totaled double-digit draw-circle wins in six other games – Elon (15), Boston College (14), Johns Hopkins (14), High Point (11), Richmond (10) and Virginia Tech (10).
White currently owns 267 career draw controls – third all-time on the Duke charts – and is just the fifth Blue Devil all-time to eclipse 200 for their career
