Mia Minestrella has been tabbed the ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday.Â

A product of Redondo Beach, California, Minestrella registered her third career hat trick versus Rhode Island and two goals against FIU this past week. The Blue Devils notched a 6-1 victory against the Rams and a 4-0 win versus the Panthers in their first two home matches of the season at Freeman Field at Koskinen Stadium.

Minestrella closed the week by registering three goals against Rhode Island to mark her seventh career multi-goal performance, which moved her into a tie for fourth on Duke's career charts. She totaled Duke's second, fifth and sixth goals over the first 58 minutes of the match.Â

In Thursday's contest versus FIU, Minestrella collected goals in the 10th and 29th minutes to help the Blue Devils cruise to a 4-0 win.Â

With her five goals on the week, Minestrella now owns 36 goals over her career to move into fifth all time at Duke. Her 86 points are now seventh on Duke's record charts. It marked the first time in Minestrella's career that she has collected back-to-back games with two or more goals.

Minestrella was also named an honorable mention selection on the TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week Tuesday.Â

Duke will next travel to Old Dominion Thursday, Aug. 27 for a 6 p.m., match in Norfolk, Virginia. It will be aired live on ESPN+.Â
