NEW YORK / LAS VEGAS – Players Era, the premier college sports event operator, today announced the tournament matchups and ticket information for the 2026 Players Era Women's Basketball Showcase and the Duke women's basketball team will take on Texas and Southern California in the two-day marquee event.
The 2026 Players Era Women's Basketball Showcase will take place Saturday, Dec. 19 and Sunday, Dec. 20, 2026, at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. All six tournament games will air live on ESPN and ESPN2.
Duke and Texas tip off Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. (ET) on ESPN2. The Blue Devils and Trojans battle the following evening at 10 p.m. (ET) on ESPN.
With the Blue Devils listed at No. 3 in ESPN.com's Women's Way-Too-Early Top 25, the event features six of the top 16 in the early season rankings, including No. 1 South Carolina and No. 5 USC. Reigning NCAA Champion and No. 13 UCLA and No. 16 Notre Dame round out the six-team field.
Duke and Texas are playing for the first time in 20 years and just the fifth time overall. The Blue Devils are 3-1 versus the Longhorns and 2-1 in regular season contests. Duke is 6-0 all-time against Southern California with the most recent victory coming in 2012.
Tickets for the 2026 Players Era Women's Basketball Showcase, starting at $109, will be available as All-Tournament Passes, granting fans access to all six games across both sessions at Michelob ULTRA Arena. School, AXS and MGM Rewards pre-sales will run throughout the week ahead of the general sale starting

Aaliyah Crump from Texas and a talented group of four freshmen. Crump, the No. 5 recruit in the 2025 class, will also play alongside
Emilee Skinner – the No. 4 recruit in the same class.
