Duke Enters Top-25 Poll

DURHAM, N.C. – For the first time since 2023, Duke football entered the US LBM Coaches Poll top-25. The Blue Devils were tabbed No. 21 in Sunday's rankings.
The Blue Devils topped William & Mary 62-7 Saturday to improve to 4-0 and extend their winning streak to eight games, the longest since an eight-game run from Sept. 28 - Nov. 30, 2013. Duke's eight-game winning streak is tied for the fourth longest streak nationally, trailing only Indiana (20), Notre Dame (14) and Utah (10). The program's last nine-game winning streak was in 1941. The Blue Devils have never had a winning streak of longer than nine games.
The Saturday victory versus the Tribe was the Blue Devils' 22nd at home since the start of the 2022 season, tied for the most in the ACC during that span. Head coach Manny Diaz also captured his 22nd win as Duke's head coach, moving into a tie with Tom Harp for seventh on the program's all-time chart.
