Gehrig Hossler joined the Duke Football staff in June, 2024 and serves as the football video coordinator.
Prior to his time in Durham, Hossler spent a year as a correspondent for the Pottsville Republican Herald, logging live play-by-play sequences for local high school athletic events.
Hossler graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism in May, 2023. While pursuing his degree, he served four seasons as a video manager for the Nittany Lions, filming practices and breaking down Pro Football Focus data. He also worked with the Penn State baseball squad as a DakStats operator.
