Ashlynn Hill joined Duke Athletics in 2026 as the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement and Experience. In her role, she supports employee engagement and experience initiatives across Duke Athletics.

Prior to joining Duke, Hill served as a Football Operations Player Development Graduate Assistant at North Carolina from May 2025 through August 2026. In that role, she supported the daily well-being of more than 120 student-athletes, coordinated housing and parking logistics, monitored academic issues and eligibility, assisted with scholarship and financial aid processes and managed player guest ticket operations. She also helped facilitate transitional programming for incoming student-athletes, served as a parent liaison and coordinated visiting team logistics for women's lacrosse.

Hill also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at North Carolina, instructing undergraduate wellness and fitness courses, and previously worked as a marketing associate for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, supporting game elements, brand promotion and social media and video content.

Hill earned a master's degree from North Carolina in 2026 and a Bachelor of Science in sport and fitness management from Fayetteville State University in 2024, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds BLS CPR and first aid certification.
