Chase Ferguson joined Duke Athletics in 2025 and serves as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities & Projects. In this role, he oversees the operation, maintenance and scheduling of all football-related facilities, including Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium, Yoh Football Building, Blue Devil Tower, Pascal Fieldhouse, Brooks Practice Facility and Brooks Locker Room. He works closely with campus partners, vendors and internal units to ensure all football facilities meet the standards of a Power 4 program and support the needs of student-athletes, coaches and staff.

Prior to Duke, Ferguson served in multiple leadership roles at the College of the Holy Cross, most recently as Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities & Operations. There, he oversaw capital projects, event operations for 27 varsity sports and the department’s external facility rental structure. He also served as the primary game manager for football and as tournament director for Patriot League and NCAA postseason championships. Earlier in his career, he held operations and equipment positions at Miami University, managing Olympic sport game operations and team equipment logistics.

A native of Ohio, Ferguson earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University.
