Mike Westfall joined Duke Athletics in September 2024 and serves as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics Facilities & Projects. In his role, he oversees the management, operations and scheduling of Duke's football and golf facilities, including the Karcher-Ingram Golf Center, Rod Myers Training Center, Yoh Football Center, Brooks Football Building and practice fields, Pascal Fieldhouse, Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium and Blue Devil Tower. He was promoted to his current role in 2026 after initially serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics Facilities & Projects, where he managed operations and projects for 751 Fields, Cohan Fields, Ambler Tennis Stadium, Sheffield Tennis Center and the Scott Murray Building.
Prior to joining Duke, Westfall served as an athletic facilities and equipment specialist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where he managed the daily operations of the Alumni Sports and Recreation Center, oversaw equipment and laundry operations for multiple varsity teams and coordinated game day operations for several athletic venues.
Westfall also previously worked at Duke in game operations and facilities management from January to November 2023. In that role, he assisted with the management of football, baseball and golf facilities while helping plan and execute NCAA championships and home events for multiple sports.
Westfall earned a Bachelor of Science in sport management with a minor in business administration from NC State in 2023, graduating summa cum laude.
