Revi Quintana joined Duke Athletics in October of 2022, serving as Administrative Coordinator for the Iron Dukes Major Gifts team, and was elevated in July 2024 to Assistant Director of Administrative Operations for the Iron Dukes Major Gifts team. In her role she is tasked with supporting the Assistant Director of Athletics/Iron Dukes Major Gifts, providing stewardship assistance to major donors, managing ticket operations, and providing game day support. Quintana also collaborates with Iron Dukes Development Officers, the Iron Dukes Varsity Club, and the Iron Dukes Annual Fund by assisting with special events.

Prior to joining Duke Athletics, Quintana spent four years as the Administrative Assistant to world renowned Neurosurgeon, Dr. Allan Friedman, within Duke Neurosurgery. She also has experience coaching, having served for two years as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Fitchburg State University and for several years as an AAU coach for the Mass Huskies.

Originally from Israel, Quintana played basketball for the U-16 and U-18 Israeli national teams from 2000-2004. In addition, she played professional basketball for Elitzur-Holon Basketball Club within the Division I Women’s Basketball League in Israel from 2001-2004 and again from 2009-2011, when she was presented with the Israeli Division I Women’s Basketball League’s Discovery of the Season Award during the 2009-2010 season.

As an undergraduate, Quintana attended the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and was a four-year member of the Women’s Basketball team. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.

Quintana currently resides in Holly Springs with husband, Will, and their two boys, Liam and Luca.
