With The Duke Victory:
- Improved to 23-4, 11-1 in the ACC.
- Remains in first place in the ACC regular season standings.
- Notched its 15th consecutive win in Cameron Indoor Stadium against ACC teams.
- Won its 37th game out of the last 41 contests in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
- Coach P improved to 36-4 all-time in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
- Has notched a 132-10 record at Cameron Indoor Stadium the last 10 years.
- Won its second straight game against Maryland.
- Won eight out of its last nine games against the Terrapins in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Junior Jasmine Thomas
- Struggled shooting as she hit only 3-of-15 field goals and finished with eight points, six rebounds, five steals and two assists.
- With her basket at the 15:05 mark of the first half, became the 26th player in Duke history to register 1,000 career points. She needed one point going into the game.
- Picked up two fouls in the first half at the 8:29 mark and did not play the rest of the half. Finished with four points, three rebounds and two steals in 11 minutes in the first half.
Sophomore Shay Selby
- Took her fifth and sixth charges since the Christmas break and now leads Duke with eight charges taken on the season.
Senior Joy Cheek
- Finished with 17 points, five rebounds, four rebounds and two steals in career-high 38 minutes.
- The 17 points was a season-high against an ACC opponent.
- Tied a career high with four assists.
- Tied a season high with two three-point field goals made.
- Scored over 10 points for the first time since Jan. 7 at Clemson (15 points).
- Registered double-figure scoring for the second time out of the last three games and the 12th time this season.
Junior Krystal Tomas
- Had eight points, six rebounds, and a season-high four blocked shots.
- Returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench the last two games.
Senior Bridgette Mitchell
- Had six points, six rebounds and two assists.
Junior Karima Christmas
- Posted her second 20+ game of the season and third of her career as she finished with a career-high 25 points.
- Hit three three-pointers in the first half after hitting only two treys over the last 12 games combined.
- Finished the game with a career-high four three-pointers made.
- Totaled four steals, four rebounds and two assists in 31 minutes.
- Registered double-figure scoring for the third straight game and the 12th time this season.
- Has 10+ points against four ACC opponents this season.
Other Duke Notes:
- Was outrebounded for the fifth time this season, 44-41, and the third time against an ACC opponent.
- Led 27-19 at the 8:29 mark in the first half when Jasmine Thomas picked up her second foul and was taken out of the lineup.
- The Blue Devils went from 6:57 to 00.8 in the first half without a field goal.
- Allowed Maryland to shoot 50.0 percent from the field in the first half, which marks the first time this season an ACC opponent has hit 50.0 percent of its field goals or better.
- The seven three-pointers made in the first half was a season high against ACC opponents and the most since the Providence game on Jan. 3, 2010.
- Finished the game with eight three-pointers made, which is a season high against ACC opponents.
- Pulled down 20 offensive rebounds, which marks the 11th time this year Duke has notched 20 or more offensive rebounds.
- Held its opponent to 61 points or under for the ninth straight game.
- Forced 25 Maryland turnovers, which marks the fifth consecutive game Duke has forced 20+ turnovers.
- Played its second game in less than 48 hours as Duke played at Georgia Tech on Friday night.
- Duke will next host Virginia on Friday, Feb. 26 at 8:30 p.m., which will mark senior night for Joy Cheek, Keturah Jackson and Bridgette Mitchell. The game will be televised live on RSN-TV.
