DURHAM, N.C. – No. 16 Duke rowing travels to Sarasota, Fla., for two days of racing in the Big Ten Invitational at Nathan Benderson Park. The Second Varsity Four is set to open the action Friday at 9:50 a.m.
The Blue Devils will race five boats in the Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, Third Varsity Eight, Varsity Four and Second Varsity Four in 15 races throughout the two-day regatta.
In the field along with Duke is No. 3 Washington, No. 6 Tennessee, No. 7 Brown, No. 9 Rutgers, No. 11 Penn, No. 12 Michigan, No. 14 Ohio State, No. 17 Oregon State, No. 18 Harvard, No. 20 Oklahoma, No. 21 Indiana, No. 24 USC, UCLA, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Iowa, Alabama, Notre Dame, Miami, SMU, and Clemson.
Thirteen of the 23 teams in this year's field are either ranked in or have received votes in the latest Pocock CRCA Top-25 poll.
