QUOTES
- "I am incredibly proud of our team and our resilience. We are dog tired and knew that coming into today. We knew that we were going to have a lot of pitchers step up that haven't thrown a lot as of late and they kept us in the ballgame. The ability of our staff to give us three zeros in the seventh, eighth, and ninth to keep us within striking distance was huge. I am really proud of Gavin Brown who has waited patiently. I said to the team, I bet we have had him up and down in the bullpen 12 times over the last couple of weeks and not put him in the game. He hasn't complained and shows up ready to pitch every day and gave us a big zero. The conversation starts and ends with Sam Harris. I am really thrilled for that kid. He works his tail off and has been in and out of the lineup a lot. That's hard and he has stayed really patient and made the most of it the last two days." – Head coach Chris Pollard on his thoughts on back-to-back walk off wins.
