Duke Remains in Coaches Top-25 Poll

DURHAM, N.C. – Coming off an open week, Duke football remained in the US LBM Coaches Poll top-25, slotted at No. 23.
The Blue Devils, who travel to Georgia Tech for a 3:30 p.m. Saturday contest, have not played a game as a ranked team since October 28, 2023, when No. 20/21 Duke was at No. 18/18 Louisville.
Duke topped William & Mary 62-7 in its last game to extend its winning streak to eight games, the longest since an eight-game run from Sept. 28 - Nov. 30, 2013. The Blue Devils' eight-game winning streak is tied for the fourth longest streak nationally, trailing only Indiana (21), Notre Dame (15) and Utah (10).
Duke's last nine-game winning streak was in 1941. In program history, the Blue Devils have never had a winning streak of longer than nine games.Â
