DURHAM, N.C. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) released its 2025-26 All-American Scholar Team Monday with junior
Katie Li, freshman
Avery McCrery and graduate student
Andie Smith receiving honors.
Duke has received three or more selections in each of the last 11 years from the WGCA.
Smith earned accolades for the fourth year in a row and became just the ninth Blue Devil to receive the honor four times. She joined
Leona Maguire,
Virginia Elena Carta,
Jaravee Boonchant,
Megan Furtney,
Erica Shepherd,
Phoebe Brinker,
Emma McMyler and
Rylie Heflin.
Li was selected for the third time, while McCrery earned honors for the first time as a rookie.
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics, with student-athletes required to maintain a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50, along with playing in 50% of a team's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
