1999-2000: Named NGCA first-team All American, ACC Player of the Year, All-ACC, Golfweek/Sagarin All-District first-team, and second-team GTE Academic All-America...played in the East vs. West match at the NCAA Championships...selected to the U.S. Curtis Cup team...led Duke in stroke average (73.39), even or under par rounds (16), average strokes behind leader (1.58), and percentage of rounds counted (.931)...saw action in all 12 tournaments with two victories, nine top 10, and nine top 20 finishes...posted wins at the Arizona Invitational (211) and the Liz Murphy Collegiate Classic (213)...turned in a fourth place or higher finish in seven of her final eight tournaments...finished in the top five in nine of her 12 tournaments...currently ranks sixth of Duke’s career charts list with 19 top 10 finishes...her 73.39 stroke average is the third best for a Duke women’s golfer...recorded three rounds of 67 in three different tournaments, which is the third lowest score to be shot by a Blue Devil...finished as the top Duke individual in six tournaments...picked up medalist honors at the ACC Championships, after shooting a three-day total of 217 to finish tied for second...her best three-day tournament total of the season was 209 at the Golf World/Palmetto Dunes, which is also a Duke best...other top finishes include the Top Cup (T-2nd), Franklin Street Trust/Tar Heel Invitational (2nd), Golf World/Palmetto Dunes (2nd), Casa de Campo (2nd), Lady Gamecock Classic (4th), and the NCAA East Regional (4th)...finished the year ranked No. 2 in the nation (Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings)...participated in four tournaments as an amateur during her sophomore season and fared very well...she won the Harder Hall Invitational and the South Atlantic Amateur...Bauer also played in the LPGA State Farm and tied for 26th place (71-68-73=295, -4)...notched a 35th place finish at the Nabisco Championship (72-78-73-72=295).

1998-99: Earned numerous honors as a freshman, including NGCA first-team All-America, ACC Co-Player of the Year, NGCA Freshman of the Year, ACC Rookie of the Year, All-ACC, and first-team All-District...held the No. 1 ranking at several points during the season...ranked first on the team in stroke average (73.2), first in even/under par rounds (12), first in average strokes behind the leader (1.93), and first in percentage of rounds counted (.983) after seeing action in each of the 11 tournaments...her stroke average was the lowest for a freshman and the second lowest overall during head coach Dan Brooks’ first 16 years...collected her lowest round of 66 in the third round of the Golf World/Palmetto Dunes, while she fired rounds in the 60s a total of four times...best three-day tournament total of 212 was earned at the Arizona Invitational...was a top five finisher in 10 tournaments...finished das the top Duke individual in seven tournaments...earned medalist honors at the ACC Championship and finished in a tie for first the NCAA East Regional...other top events include a second place finish at the Golf World/Palmetto Dunes and a tie for third in the Bama Fall Preview, the Arizona Invitational, and the Arizona State/Ping Invitational...earned a tie for 15th at the NCAA Championship...finished the year ranked No.3 (MasterCard Collegiate Rankings).
