Alli Slater joined Duke Athletics in August 2021 and serves as the Director of Game Operations and Championships.
In this role, Slater is the primary game operations manager for volleyball, women’s basketball and men’s basketball.
Slater came to Duke from the Los Angeles Clippers where she served as Basketball Facility Manager. Previously, she worked at the University of Virginia as Director of Facilities and Operations overseeing athletic facility and game operations for multiple sports including football, wrestling, men’s lacrosse and track & field. Prior to UVA, she also spent time at Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Maryland and James Madison University.
A native of Indiana, Pa., Slater graduated from Towson University in December 2008 with a major in sports management and a minor in business administration. She earned an MBA from University of Baltimore in 2011 with a concentration in sports management.
