Alli Slater joined Duke Athletics in August 2021 and serves as the Director of Game Operations & Championships. In her role, she serves as the primary game operations manager for volleyball, women's basketball and men's basketball.
Prior to joining Duke, Slater served as the Basketball Facility Manager for the Los Angeles Clippers. Before her time in the NBA, she was the Director of Facilities and Operations at Virginia, overseeing athletic facility and game operations for multiple sports, including football, wrestling, men's lacrosse and track and field. Slater also held positions at VCU, Maryland and James Madison.
A native of Indiana, Pa., Slater earned a bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business administration from Towson in 2008. She later earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in sport management from the University of Baltimore in 2011.
