Abby Johnston to Compete at 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials ? Diving

Indianapolis, Ind. ? Abby Johnston, who will be an incoming freshman at Duke University in the fall, will be competing in the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials ? Diving at the IU Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis with hopes of joining Team USA for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
Johnston, a native of Upper Arlington, Ohio, will compete in the women's 3-meter springboard, an event that will take place on Thursday, June 19 at 1 p.m. (preliminaries) then continue later that night at 7 p.m. (semifinals) and conclude on Saturday, June 21 at 3 p.m. (finals).
The Trials will be held June 18-22, 2008, at Indiana University Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis. Ticket information and the schedule of events are available at www.indianasportscorp.com.
