OCALA, Fla. – The Duke swimming and diving team capped a solid weekend at the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Invitational Championships, with the men placing fourth (529 points) while the women finished sixth with 357.5 points.

As a team, the Blue Devils posted eight podium finishes and 18 top-five placements across the three-day meet, headlined by first-place finishes by juniors

TOP PERFORMANCES
- Donlan registered the best performance of the weekend for Duke swimming in the women's 200 back, clocking 1:54.65 en route to the first-place finish. She also took part in the 100 back, placing fourth with a mark of 53.20.
- Sophomores Alexa Conner and Kate Meyers-Labenz also turned in impressive performances in the women's 200 back, as the pair placed second and third, respectively, to secure the podium sweep for the Blue Devils. Conner hit the wall in 1:54.76, while Meyers-Labenz posted a finish of 1:56.09.
- Jacob Hills finished runner-up in the men's 200 back. The junior delivered a time of 1:42.96 en route to securing the podium finish, shaving nearly three seconds off his preliminary time (1:45.64).
- Senior Austin Simpson tallied a third-place effort in the men's 500-yard freestyle via a time of 4:25.27. Simpson also earned a pair of top-five finishes in the 200 free and 1650 free events, swimming 1:37.23 and 15:23.96, respectively.
- Junior Jack Smith turned in a strong performance in the men's 50-yard backstroke and logged a fourth-place finish after finishing in 24.40. In the 100 breast, Smith posted a mark of 53.20 – good for fifth overall.
- Rookie Raphael Wang clocked 1:47.75 and earned fifth in the men's 200-yard IM relay.
- Meyers-Labenz competed in the women's 50 free, placing fifth with a mark of 23.04.
- The Duke women took fifth in the 400-yard medley relay final, as the quartet of Meyers-Labenz, freshman Raylee Hunt, Donlan and rookie Sidney Arcella powered to a time of 3:40.32.
- Berman, sophomore Keira Lu and senior Josie Zillig headlined the diving performances for the Blue Devils.
- Berman made the podium in each diving event he competed in during the weekend. The Potomac, Maryland product won the men's platform diving event with a score of 309.80, notched a runner-up finish in the men's 3-meter dive (324.20), then placed third in the men's 1-meter dive after totaling 286.45 points.
- Lu and Zillig both earned fifth-place finishes in their respective events. Lu scored a 275.10 in the women's 1-meter dive, while Zillig posted 230.40 points in the women's platform.
