Junior Jasmine Thomas
- Was one point away from matching a career high as she finished with 28 points (had 29 points in the last game against #3 Ohio State).
- Finished with 28 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals.
- Hit a career-high 10-of-10 from the free throw line.
- Posted 20+ points for the second consecutive game and the third time out of the last four games.
- Registered double-digit scoring for the seventh straight game and the 34th time in her career.
Senior Joy Cheek
- Finished with 12 points, six rebounds, two steals and one blocked shot.
- Notched double-figure scoring for the fifth time this season and the 43rd time in her career.
Junior Karima Christmas
- Tied a season high with four steals.
- Had a season-high 12 points, six rebounds and one assist.
- Totaled double-figure scoring for the second straight game and the third time this season.
Freshman Allison Vernerey
- Totaled her first career double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
- Her 12 rebounds was a career high.
Other Duke Notes:
- Outscored USC, 45-31, in the second half.
- Forced 22 turnovers and had 15 steals.
- Posted a 42-8 advantage in points in the paint.
- Had a 30-6 lead in points turnovers.
- Totaled 22 points off the bench.
- Battled back from a double-digit deficit for the second straight year against USC.
- Trailed 27-13 (14) at one point in the first half.
- Will be off next week due to exams and then will travel to Palo Alto, Calif., for a contest against second-ranked Stanford on Dec. 15 at 10:00 p.m. (ET).
