Carly Bernstein were named honorable mentions in the 2025
USA Lacrosse All-America selections, as announced by
USA Lacrosse Thursday.
Hem has been a standout attacker for the Blue Devils this season, tallying 50 goals and five assists for 55 total points. She surpassed both 200 career points and 150 career goals in 2025, reaching the 200-point mark with a four-goal performance against Virginia March 15 and hitting the 150-goal milestone with her first score against Xavier March 2.
Nationally, Hem's 186 career goals rank No. 14 among active career leaders across Division I women's lacrosse. In the ACC, she ranks seventh with an average of 2.94 goals per game. Hem has recorded three or more goals in 11 games this season, most recently notching a hat trick in the ACC Championship against Clemson April 22.
Bernstein leads Duke in total points with 68 on the year, scoring 39 goals and adding 29 assists. She posted a career-high eight points—six goals and two assists—against Louisville April 12, marking one of the most dominant performances of her career.
Earlier this season, Bernstein surpassed both 50 career goals and 50 career assists, becoming just the 19th player in program history to reach both marks. She has recorded three or more points in 14 games this season and ranks seventh in the ACC with 1.71 assists per game.
No. 15 Duke is set for the 2025 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship first round, taking on No. 11 James Madison Friday at 6 p.m., inside Klöckner Stadium in Charlottesville, Va. The game will be aired on ESPN+.
