Duke Welcomes Marshall and Belmont this Weekend

DURHAM, N.C. – Following a strong start to the season, Duke volleyball is set to host Marshall on Friday and Belmont on Saturday inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. Both matches are set for a 6 p.m., first serve on ACC Network Extra.

These two games will mark the end of the home non-conference schedule for Duke (5-1), which will go on the road before beginning ACC play. The Blue Devils enter Friday having won their last three matches, including the home opener over Charleston Southern Tuesday.

Belmont and Marshall will face off against each other Saturday at noon.

Duke took down Charleston Southern, 3-0, Tuesday evening in its 2026 home debut. Ashby Zubchevich led the offensive attack, tying her career high with 21 kills on an efficient .444 hitting percentage. Nataly Moravec also continued her hot streak on Tuesday, recording 15 kills. Over the last three matches, the graduate transfer from Purdue has 51 kills on a .365 hitting clip.

The Blue Devils' defense held Charleston Southern to a .159 hitting percentage, marking the best defensive performance so far this season. Duke has held three opponents to under .200 hitting this season.

• Beatrice Ciccarelli was named co-MVP of the tournament, registering 38 kills, a .418 hitting percentage and 17 blocks.
• Marshall ranks fourth in the country in kills per set at 14.67, 10th in hitting percentage at .310 and 10th in assists per set at 13.38, with all numbers leading the Sun Belt.
• Duke is 1-0 all-time against the Thundering Herd, with the only matchup coming in Durham in 2012.
