Prior to Duke: Competed for Bellevue High School and Bellevue Club Swim Team… Represented the Philippines at Junior Worlds her freshman and sophomore year, and was a member of the Philippine National Team her senior campaign… Set the 14-15 Philippine Junior National record in the 50 free… Washington state record holder in the 100 freestyle... Garnered High School All-America honors in the 100 free, 50 free and relays… Placed third in the 100m free and fourth in the 50m free at Junior Nationals… Two-time Olympic Trials qualifier… Winter and Summer Junior Nationals qualifier and Southeast Asian Games qualifier… Personal bests: 22.69 (50 free), 48.90 (100 free), 1:47.60 (200 free), 54.41 (100 fly); LCM—25.47 (50m free), 55.43 (100m free), 2:03.07 (200m free), 1:00.97 (100m fly)… Served on student council her freshman and sophomore year and also served on the Model United Nations freshman through junior year.
