With The Duke Victory:
? Joanne P. McCallie continued her best start in her 17 years as a head coach at 16-1. Her previous best start was in 2004-05 as she guided Michigan State to a 12-1 mark.
? Extended its win streak to 14 games.
? Joanne P. McCallie improved to 2-2 all-time against the Wolfpack.
? Won its second straight contest against N.C. State and 12 out of the last 13.
? Improved to 28-39 in the series against the Wolfpack.
Senior Chante Black
? Posted her fourth straight double-double in ACC action, eight in the season and the 25th of her career.
? Notched double-figure scoring for the 17th straight time to open the season and remains the only player in the ACC to do so.
? Finished with a career-high 17 rebounds, which 16 came in the second half.
? With her 17 rebounds, moved into fourth place on Duke's all-time rebounding list with 876. Moved past Monique Currie (874).
? Notched her second straight double-double against N.C. State.
? Went scoreless for the first time this season in the first half as she missed her only shot attempt. Played only seven minutes due to having two fouls.
Senior Abby Waner
? Returned to the starting lineup after missing the last game with a sinus infection/bad cough.
? Hit multiple three-pointers for the eighth time this season as she finished with two on 2-of-6 shooting.
? With her two three-pointers made, moved into tied for 19th on the ACC career three-pointers made list with 191. She is tied with Heidi Coleman of Wake Forest (191).
Sophomore Karima Christmas
? Finished the contest with 17 points, eight rebounds, three steals in a career-high 33 minutes.
? Registered 11 points to lead Duke in the first half in 15 minutes.
? Posted double-figure scoring for only the third time this season.
Sophomore Jasmine Thomas
? After going 0-of-10 in the last game from the field, scored eight points, had three rebounds and tied a season high with two blocks.
Other Duke Notes:
? Held a 28-8 points in the paint advantage.
? Played its second overtime game of the season. Outscored opponents 24-13 in overtime this season.
? Went 7:16 without a field goal from the 15:15 mark to the 7:59 mark of the first half.
? Had a season-low six assists as a team.
? Totaled 12 offensive rebounds in the first half to only 11 defensive boards. Finished the game with 23 offensive boards.
? Held a 56-40 advantage in rebounds. Had over 50 rebounds in a game for the seventh time this season.
? Allowed a season-high 11 blocks by an opponent.
? Allowed 36 points in the first half, which is the third-most allowed in the first half this season.
? Trailed 36-27 at the end of the first half, matching the largest halftime deficit of the season ? also trailed by nine versus Oklahoma State (44-35). The Blue Devils have trailed at the half a total of three times this season now.

? Duke will next return home to face Georgia Tech on Sunday, Jan. 25 at 1:00 p.m. The game will be aired live on RSN-TV (Fox Sports Net South) and will mark a reunion of the 1998-99 NCAA Final Four squad. The team will be honored at halftime.
