With The Duke Victory:
- Improved to 27-5 overall on the season.
- Won its sixth overall ACC Championship in school history - 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004.
- Joanne P. McCallie became the first Division I coach to win four different conference championships - North Atlantic (1995, 1996), America East (1997, 1998), Big Ten (2005) and ACC (2010).
- Increased its record to 28-6 all-time playing in the Greensboro Coliseum and 26-5 in the ACC Tournament in the coliseum.
- Improved to 3-5 all-time against N.C. State in ACC Tournament action.
- Moved the series record to 39-30 in favor of the Wolfpack.
- Coach P moved to 31-11 all-time in league tournament action over her 18 years as a head coach.
- Coach P improved to 7-2 in ACC Tournament action.
- As a No. 1 seed, Duke improved to 18-3 overall in the ACC Tournament.
- Coach P moved to 4-2 all-time against N.C. State.
- Joy Cheek, Bridgette Mitchell and Keturah Jackson all got revenge on NCSU from when they lost to the Wolfpack in the ACC Tournament semifinals in 2007.
- Won its fourth straight game against N.C. State.
- Improved to 5-1 all-time against No. 6 seeds.
- Moved to 6-3 all-time in ACC Championship games played in the Greensboro Coliseum
- Improved to 6-5 all-time in ACC Championship games.
Junior Jasmine Thomas
- Named ACC Tournament MVP.
- Totaled a great all-round game with 18 points, six rebounds, six assists and three steals.
- Scored double-figures for the sixth time out of the last nine ACC Tournament contests and five in a row.
- With her six assists, moved into 12th place on Duke's all-time assist list with 314.
- Now owns 59 three-pointers made this season, which ranks tied for seventh on Duke's single season chart.
- Moved into eighth place on Duke's all-time three-point field goals attempted list with 355.
- Registered double-digit scoring for the third straight game in the tournament as she finished with 21, 10 and 18.
Junior Krystal Thomas
- Scored in the first half for the first time since the N.C. State contest on Feb. 11. Finished with two points in the first half.
- Swatted two shots on the day and finished with nine blocked shots in three ACC Tournament games.
- Owns the Duke ACC Tournament three-game record for blocked shots with nine.
- Moved into a tie for sixth on Duke's all-time blocked shots list with 131.
Junior Karima Christmas
- Named to the ACC All-Tournament first team.
- Totaled double-figure scoring in her fifth straight ACC Tournament game.
- Notched 13 points, four steals and two rebounds in 25 minutes.
- Registered double-digit scoring in seven out of the last eight contests.
- Hit multiple three-pointers for the seventh time this season as she hit three treys.
Senior Keturah Jackson
- Had six points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and one blocked shot.
- Moved into a tie for 10th place on Duke's all-time steals list with 183.
Senior Bridgette Mitchell
- Came off the bench to notch six points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and one blocked shot.
Senior Joy Cheek
- Named to the ACC All-Tournament first team.
- Finished with 11 points, seven rebounds and two steals.
- Dished out nine assists in three ACC Tournament games.
- Registered double-figure scoring in the sixth straight game and the 17th time this season.
Sophomore Kathleen Scheer
- Hit her first career three-pointer in ACC Tournament action.
- The three-pointer was her ninth of the season and broke a six-game drought without a trey.
Freshman Allison Vernerey
- Totaled seven points and seven rebounds off the bench in 23 minutes.
Other Duke Notes:
- Played in its third straight and 11th ACC Championship game.
- Forced 23 NCSU turnovers marking the 22nd time this season an opponent has totaled 20+ turnovers.
- Played N.C. State in the ACC Championship for only the second time in tournament history (2001 - Duke won 57-45).
- After hitting only 57.8 percent of its free throws, hit 65.0 percent in the championship game.
- After getting outrebounded the first two games of the ACC Tournament, the Blue Devils held a 26-15 lead on the boards in the first half and finished the game with 46-32.
- A day after matching a season-low with 11 turnovers, the Blue Devils had 12 first half giveaways and finished the contest with 20 turnovers.
- All nine Blue Devils who played in the first half scored at least two points.
- Tallied 15 steals marking the seventh straight game Duke has notched 10+ steals.
- Scored 14 straight points in the first half to notch a 16-9 lead.
- The 70 points scored by the Blue Devils was the most NC State has allowed since Duke scored 70 on Feb. 11.
- Will await the NCAA Tournament selection show on Monday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m. Duke is hosting the NCAA Tournament First and Second Rounds on March 20 and 22. The games on March 20 will be at 12:00/2:30 and on March 22 at 7:00 p.m., in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
