No. 29 Notre Dame – Record: 7-3 | All-time series: Duke leads 24-3
The Fighting Irish open their conference slate with top-ranked North Carolina before taking on Duke in the second of two games. They enter the weekend on a high after taking down then-No. 16 Washington, 5-2, this past Sunday. Notre Dame earned the opening point after triumphing during a competitive doubles session, then took four of six flights in singles play to secure the win.
In 27 all-time meetings between the two sides, 24 matches have gone the way of the Blue Devils, including the last 11. Notre Dame's last win came on March 12, 2009 (5-2).
