DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women's tennis team will resume action this week as the Blue Devils compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Carolina Regional Championships, which will be contested at the Chewning Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.
All six Blue Devils competing this week will open action Friday, Oct. 17 in the main draw. Seeing action will be senior

Shavit Kimchi, junior
Eleana Yu, sophomore
Ava Krug, sophomore
Liv Hovde and freshman
Claire An.
In the ITA singles and doubles rankings, the Blue Devils are well-represented. Duke features four ranked singles players –
Irina Balus (14), Yu (42), Hovde (49) and Kimchi (61). The Blue Devils also have Balus/Hovde (2), Krug/Yu (76) and Kimchi/An (83) in the doubles ledger.
