No. 22 Duke Set for Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational Friday

DURHAM, N.C. – No. 22 Duke softball continues its trip in the Sunshine State, traveling to Clearwater to play five games in the Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.

The Blue Devils are set to face No. 8 Texas A&M (Feb. 13), No. 12 LSU (Feb. 13), Oklahoma State (Feb. 14), No. 20 Georgia (Feb. 14) and Missouri (Feb. 15) during the three-day event.

HOW TO FOLLOW
A combination of ESPN affiliates will broadcast each of Duke's five games. Live stats will also be available throughout the weekend via StatBroadcast.

INSIDE THE SERIES
TEXAS A&M
The Blue Devils and Aggies will face off for the first time in program history. Friday's matchup marks the first of two meetings this season as Duke takes on Texas A&M the following week at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Cathedral City, Calif.

LSU
Friday's contest between Duke and LSU will mark the second all-time meeting between the two programs. The Blue Devils collected an 8-4 victory over the Tigers in the initial meeting back in 2021 as part of the Tiger Classic in Baton Rouge.

OKLAHOMA STATE
The Blue Devils and Cowgirls are set to clash for the second time in program lore Saturday morning. Duke and Oklahoma State first met in 2022 at the Kajikawa Classic, in Tempe, Ariz., where the Blue Devils earned a top-five win over the Cowgirls, 4-0.

GEORGIA
A 2025 NCAA Durham Regional rematch is set for Saturday afternoon with the Blue Devils and Bulldogs. Georgia moved the series to a 5-2 advantage after defeating Duke in an extra-inning battle to advance to the Gainesville Super Regional last season.

MISSOURI
The Tigers leveled the all-time series with a 10-3 victory over the Blue Devils at the 2025 NFCA Leadoff Classic in Clearwater. The two teams first met in the 2024 NCAA Super Regional, where the Blue Devils claimed a 2-1 series victory to advance to the Women's College World Series.
