DURHAM, N.C.—Duke men's lacrosse goaltender
Patrick Jameison has been named to the USILA Team of the Week following his performance in the Blue Devils' 21-5 win over Providence last weekend.
Jameison made four saves and allowed just two goals in 42 minutes of action in Duke's commanding victory over Providence. Both goals allowed were man-up scores for the Friars.
The junior backstop also had two caused turnovers and two ground balls in the victory. Sporting a 7-0 record, Jameison leads the nation with a 6.15 goals against average, while his .591 save percentage ranks seventh nationally.
The native of Devon, Pennsylvania has started every game over the past three seasons and owns a 32-12 overall record with 435 career saves to his name.
The sixth-ranked Blue Devils return to action at home against No. 14 Denver, Sunday, March 22 at 1 p.m.
