He claimed a three-set victory, 5-7, 6-2, 6-2, over Erik Hannah of George Washington to start the day but was eliminated in the afternoon with a 6-3, 2-6, 6-4 loss to Arthur Surreaux of New Mexico State. Pinsky is now 6-4 on the season in singles.
The three singles players who will move on are joined by one doubles team in the qualifying stages of the tournament. Saba will compete in both singles and doubles as he teams up with junior
