Duke closes this busy stretch of games (Nov. 12, 14, & 16) Sunday at Liberty. Tipoff in Liberty Arena is set for 2 p.m., on ESPN+. The Flames are 2-1 overall with wins over Frostburg St. and East Carolina and a 74-61 loss to James Madison.
Duke is coming off a tough 57-49 loss to West Virginia Friday night. Senior Taina Mair led Duke with 10 points, pushing her to 990 for her career. She also added four assists to give her 492 for her career. Redshirt freshman Arianna Roberson had nine points and a team-best six rebounds.
In two games, redshirt freshman Arianna Roberson has 21 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks and two steals in 33 minutes. She is shooting 54 percent from the field and 7-of-8 from the free throw line.
Toby Fournier leads all scorers, averaging 15 points per game. She pulls down seven rebounds per game has a team-best 10 blocks. Roberson is second on the team in scoring (10.5/gm) while Mair rounds out Duke's double-digit scorers at 10.2 points per game. Mair is the engine to the offense as well with 18 assists to seven turnovers.
Defensively, Duke is holding opponents to just 27.6 percent shooting, ranking second in the ACC and third nationally. The Blue Devils have held opponents to single digits in four of the 16 quarters (25 percent) this season.
Duke concludes its stretch of four games in eight days Sunday at Liberty. The Blue Devils have two more road games before beginning a stretch of three games against top five opponents.
Blue Devil head coach Kara Lawson will be going for her 100th victory Sunday. Starting her fifth full season, Lawson increased her number of wins from his first full season to last season by 71 percent - 17 wins in 2021-22 to 29 in 2024-25.

Duke and Liberty meet for the eighth time and for the second consecutive season. The Blue Devils are 7-0 versus the Flames and have an average margin of victory of 29.7 versus the Conference USA foe.

Non-Stop November
Eight of the Blue Devils' non-conference matchups will take place during the month of November. Duke will play five games in 12 days – Nov. 9-20. The Blue Devils will travel to three different states Nov. 14-20 as the final six games during the month take place away from Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Duke is set to travel nearly 1,800 miles from Nov. 13-20, making stops in West Virginia, Virginia and Florida during that eight-day span. The Blue Devils cap the month with a trip to Las Vegas, tacking on 4,600 more miles.
Including the 8,100-mile round trip to Paris, the total mileage for the month of November is 14,500.
