Lu Earns Second Straight ACC Women’s Diver of the Week Honor

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke swimming and diving's Keira Lu (Victoria, BC, Canada) earned her second consecutive weekly conference honor – and fourth this season overall – as she was named the ACC Women's Co-Diver of the Week Tuesday afternoon following a strong performance at the Georgia Tech Diving Invitational this past weekend.
Lu paced Duke with a pair of top-three placements. The sophomore posted the lone event win of the weekend for Duke with a first-place finish in the women's 1-meter dive final via a score of 304.70. She collected another top-three placement in the finals of the women's 3-meter, earning a 309.10 to finish as the runner-up. Both marks were NCAA Zone Cuts.
UP NEXT:
Duke will make the trip up to Greensboro, where the Blue Devils will compete at the Wolfpack Elite Invitational Nov. 20-22 inside the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
