DURHAM, N.C. - Duke will have two singles players and one doubles team beginning qualifying rounds at the D'Novo/ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. on Monday.
Senior Dylan Arnould and freshman Henrique Cunha will attempt to qualify for the main draw in singles. Arnould has a 2-1 record after competing in the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational last weekend. Arnould claimed a win over No. 12 Austen Childs in the tournament. Cunha has posted an 8-1 record in two tournaments this year with four wins over ranked opponents, including a win over No. 2 John-Patrick Smith of Tennessee at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships.
Cunha and junior Reid Carleton will be competing in doubles qualifying. The pair are off to a good start with a 3-1 record. The only loss on the season came against the nation's top ranked doubles team at the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational.
Carleton was selected for the main draw which will begin Oct. 8 following three days of qualifying matches. All matches are taking place on the University of Tulsa campus.
