2024-25: Posted a 9-12 overall singles record, including a 7-10 dual match record with a 2-6 mark in conference⦠finished with the third most doubles wins on the team with a 23-8 record, including a 20-5 mark in dual match season and a 10-3 record in conference matches⦠earned notable straight-set singles wins in the NCAA Championship first round against Jakub Kroslak of Middle Tennessee State (6-2, 6-2) and against Alejandro Moreno of Tennessee in the second round of the NCAA Championship (6-4, 6-4)⦠closed out the year on a six match unbeaten streak with doubles partner Pedro Rodenas, notching four wins in that stretch⦠posted five ranked doubles wins throughout the season, including a 6-2 triumph over No. 17 Luca Staehell and Jules Leroux of NC State in the ACC Championship quarterfinals... named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
2023 (Florida State):Ā Teamed with Loris Pourroy in doubles on court No. 3 to gain a victory over Hawaiiās Kilian Maitre and Andy Hernandez (6-2) to help the Seminoles win the doubles points and gain a 7-0 opening day sweep of Hawaii in Honolulu (Jan. 6)ā¦gained a win on court No. 3 over Siddhant Banthia of Cal (6-4, 7-6 (8-6)) to help the Seminoles top the Golden Bears at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu (Jan. 8)ā¦defeated No. 70 ranked Teodor Giusca of Georgia (6-4, 7-6 (7-4)) on court No. 4 in Florida Stateās 5-2 team victory over No. 7 ranked Georgia at the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Courts at Florida State (Jan 15)ā¦defeated Filip Krolo of Florida Atlantic (6-4, 6-2) on court No. 4 in the Seminolesā 6-1 victory over the Owls at the Scott Speicher Tennis Courts at Florida State (Jan. 21)ā¦defeated Marvin Schaber of San Diego (7-6 (9), 6-3) on court No. 3 in the ITA Kickoff Weekend at Baylorās Hurd Tennis Center (Jan. 27)ā¦a singles victory on court No. 4 over Mehdi Benchakroun of UCF (6-2, 6-3) in Florida Stateās 5-1 win over the Knights at the USTA National Campus (Feb. 25)ā¦defeated Luciano Tacchi of Wake Forest on court No. 4 (6-3, 6-4) to help Florida State over the No. 14 Demon Deacons at the Wake Forest Tennis Center (March 10)ā¦defeated Sebastian Pino of North Carolina Central (6-4, 6-1) on court No. 1 in singles as the Seminoles defeated Eagles, 7-0, in a non-conference match played in Durham, N.C. (March 12)ā¦defeated Andre Steinbach of Louisville (6-4, 2-6, 6-2) on court No. 5 in singles play to help Florida State to a 4-0 win over Louisville in ACC play at the Scott Speicher Tennis Complex at Florida State (March 17)ā¦defeated Yu Zhang 6-2, 6-2 in a 7-0 sweep of Notre Dame (March 19)⦠battled for a three-set victory over Elias Shokry 3-6, 6-1, 6-1 in a 4-3 win over Georgia Tech...in a sweep of Boston College defeated Juan Jose Bianchi 6-0, 6-3 when playing at No. 2 (April 7)...earned a 6-0, 6-4 win over Trey Mallory of UNCW in a 4-0 win (April 7)...earned a singles point against Andrew Dale of Duke with a 6-4, 6-2 win (April 16)...in the ACC Championships against Clemson defeated Nina Dica 6-2, 6-3 to help Florida State advance to the ACC Quarterfinals (April 20)...in the ACC Quarterfinals battled to defeat Benjamin Kittay in a 7-6, 6-4 victory to help Florida State advance to the ACC Semifinals (April 21)... clinched the doubles point with Loris Pourroy after defeating Finn Bass and J.P. Grassi Mazzuchi by a margin of 6-4 in a 4-0 win over Baylor in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (May 5)...defeated J.P. Grassi Mazzuchi 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 win to help the Seminoles advance to the next round of the NCAA TournamentĀ
2022 (Florida State):Ā Posted a 14-10 singles record and 12-10 doubles recordā¦played primarily on court two for singlesā¦earned a straight-set win over the 101st-ranked player from No. 20 NC Stateā¦also earned wins over No. 18 Mississippi State, No. 47 Louisville and No. 67 Clemsonā¦beat the 119th-ranked player from No. 35 Notre Dame in the ACC Tournament to help the Seminoles advance to the quarterfinalsā¦earned both singles and doubles wins in the NCAA First Round against No. 59 Georgia Stateā¦won again in doubles with Loris Pourroy against No. 11 Georgia in the NCAA Second Round, helping the Seminoles earn the doubles point and the overall victoryā¦topped the 37th-ranked doubles pair from No. 18 Mississippi State with Sebastian Arcila.
Fall 2021 (Florida State):Ā Finished 7-4 in singles and 3-4 in doublesā¦won all three singles matches at the Samford Fall Inviteā¦advanced to the doubles final in the Bedford Cup with Richard Thongoanaā¦also earned a singles victory over Manuel Goncalves at the Bedford Cupā¦advanced to the round of 16 at the ITA Southeast Regional Championshipā¦claimed a singles win and a doubles win with Thongoana at the Gamecock Scramble.
2021 Spring (Florida State):Ā Finished his first season at FSU with 18 total winsā¦posted an 11-9 record in singles play, including a 4-4 record in ACC matchesā¦playing on line 3 and 4, posted a stellar 7-2 recordā¦finished the 2021 season on a five-match win streak, winning all five in straight setsā¦those five consecutive wins came in matches versus #41 Duke, #3 UNC, BC, #34 Notre Dame and NC Stateā¦defeated the nationās 79th-ranked player in the ACC Tournamentā¦paired with Chase Wood to post a 6-4 record in doublesā¦he and Wood posted a 4-1 record during a stretch of matches versus #11 Wake Forest, #21 UCF, #2 Florida, #33 Notre Dame and Louisville.
Freshman (NORTH DAKOTA): Played all 10 singles matches as a freshman on court one, finishing with a 9-1 singles recordā¦went 5-5 in doubles with eight matches played on court one⦠Petrovic earned seven of his nine wins in straight sets, while only surrendering over three games once in those seven matchesā¦won 19 of 23 sets played in singles during the 2020 seasonā¦earned doubles wins over Chicago State (7-6), UIC (6-4), Augustana (6-2), Concordia-Moorhead (6-1) and Oklahoma Baptist (6-3).
